Built successful the CRM-SYSTEM to manage a huge portfolio for thousands of customers more than 60,000 customers (personal data, business transactions, tracking history for analysis / report /statistics modelling…)

Developed & Built the Mobile - App Platform to follow daily the activity of team field-market staffs nationwide (all their activity by individual performance as well as across-team project outcomes). Set up and operated successfully the network of bad debt collection with over 30 external agencies on nationwide, including: Law Office, Law Company, Debt Trading Company.

Lead the Team in achieving Excellent Performance with the highest KPI continuously during for 4 years from 2012 to 2015.

Set up and trained Legal Collection team to grow fast and stably => Critical Expansion from 4 employees to over 200 employees and team leaders on nationwide.

Developed successfully the strategic partnership with the big clients in Banking & Financial services such as FE credit, JACCS, HD Saison, SHB Finance, TP Bank – Fico
